Veteran’s Day Celebration

The unseasonably cold and windy weather didn’t keep veterans, friends, and family away from The Landings annual Veteran’s Day celebration. More than 300 people turned out for the annual event at Picnic Pointe. The celebration included patriotic songs and inspiring messaging to mark the occasion.

Maisie Seiverling’s 75th

Maisie Seiverling celebrated her 75th birthday on November 8. A Clipper Cove pool party was held for the occasion. Two sisters, one from California and one from New Jersey, joined the party. Her daughter Vinny was the hostess.

Grandson Aster, now age 11, will soon be taller than his grandmother, Maisie Seiverling.

Clipper Cove Pool Renovation

Clipper Cove’s newly completed pool renovation by Real Nice Pools has been a huge success! Residents have commented about how inviting and relaxing the pool area is. Whether they’re swimming, floating, hanging out with friends, or doing water aerobics, our residents are enjoying the upgrade.
