SUMMARY OF AUGUST 2024

As we close out the current period, we are pleased to report that our overall revenue exceeded the budget by $44,352. The Marina Department had a strong performance in August. While fuel sales were slightly under budget, subcontractor work exceeded expectations, resulting in a favorable variance of $48,459. The department posted a profit of $41,503 for the month, contributing positively to overall results. However, the other departments faced challenges and fell short in expected revenues.
