2026 Landings Music Festival Supports Three Projects

Thanks to great weather, fantastic entertainment, record sponsor support, and the highest-ever turnout of Landings residents, the 2026 Landings Music Festival was able to provide funds for three diverse projects.

First, a $5,000 donation was made to the Iona McGregor Fire District’s youth and elderly support programs. A long-time supporter of the Fire District, this year’s contribution was the largest The Landings has made.

Second, The Landings itself will receive $6,250 to be used for the replacement and maintenance of audio and lighting equipment. The equipment is used not only by the Music Festival, but by The Landings Chorus as well. In addition, audio equipment is provided at no cost to The Landings villages for their use. With so many events held outdoors each year, cables and other equipment require periodic replacement.

The third beneficiary is the Holiday Concert and Tree Lighting. Proceeds from the Music Festival will pay for this annual Landings event as well.

John Trimarche, Landings General Manager, said, “We are very pleased with the results of the festival and the overall resident experience. We look forward to continuing this amazing tradition.”

The Landings Music Festival is solely produced by residents and is fully funded through ticket sales and sponsorships. The Landings does not financially support the event.

Festival director Jim Willis and his team instituted numerous, welcome changes in 2026. Included were new food and beverage offerings, enhanced shuttle transportation, better traffic flow, and an improved audience layout that contributed to the efficiency of the event. All of this was accomplished although ticket prices were substantially lower than last year.

The Landings Music Festival is one of the largest self-produced festivals of its kind in Florida. Plans are already in the works to carry on this very special tradition in 2027.
